How does it work?

You purchase a certain number of weeks per year (a minimum of 4 weeks). You choose half the weeks from  Season I, II or V (mid-October to March) and the other half from Season III and IV (April to end September).
We offer special incentives for the purchase of larger shares, such as full ownership, or the organised purchase of a whole villa by a group of fractional owners.
